Making a difference – supporting our communities
Food poverty continues to be an issue that impacts societies all over the world and has grown as an issue following the advent of Covid-19. We have made it a focus of our community network, involving staff from across our global offices, to support local communities affected by food poverty.
Through fundraising and staff volunteering we aim to make a difference and provide meals to local communities.
UK
In the UK we are partnering with FoodCycle, whose vision is to make food poverty, loneliness and food waste a thing of the past for every community. Their mission is to nourish the hungry and lonely in communities with delicious meals and great conversation using food which would otherwise go to waste.
Europe
In continental Europe we partner with European Food Banks Federation, whose mission is to reduce hunger and malnutrition through the fight against food waste and the support and development of Food Banks in countries where they are most needed.
Hong Kong
In Hong Kong we are partnering with Feeding Hong Kong, a charity dedicated to reducing food waste and feeding charities.
Australia
In Australia we are partnering with OzHarvest, who has become a leading food rescue organisation on a mission to ‘Nourish our Country’ by stopping good food from going to waste and delivering it to charities that help feed people in need
