    Adam is responsible for Calastone’s technology strategy, platform operation, architecture and engineering. He is a technology leader with over twenty years of experience across financial services, from investment banking and payments to wealth management and asset management. He joined Calastone from Aegon where he was the Head of Architecture and Development for Cofunds, the UK’s largest platform.

    Head of UK – Adviser Platform, Fidelity International

    Jackie is the Head of UK – Adviser Platform (FundsNetwork) for Fidelity International. This role is responsible for assets of £39b and approx.. 400,000 clients. Her aim is to provide a market leading adviser experience, powered by an engaged team and a comprehensive, digitally enabled proposition. In 2019, she won the Women of the Year – Platforms at the Women in Investment Awards.
    She is Executive Co-Sponsor of Global Gender Balance, and sits on the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council. She also forms part of the Global Early Careers Council.

    Managing Director, Head of Asia, Calastone

    Leo leads Calastone’s Asian business, based in Hong Kong where is . Prior to his appointment as regional MD in 2016, Leo headed the Calastone sales and relationship team for Asia, covering several markets including Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. Leo has over 20 years of experience across the financial services industry, culminating in his role as Principal Consultant with Morse Consulting Asia immediately prior to joining Calastone in January 2012.

    Becky is the CRM Director at Calastone where she is responsible for developing strong client relationships and identifying new strategic market opportunities across Asia, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia. Prior to joining Calastone in 2013, she worked in the fund distribution sector.

    Director, Client Relationship Management, Australia and New Zealand, Calastone

    Justin joined Calastone as Director of Relationship Management for Australia and New Zealand in 2020 where he is focused on expanding and delivering business development. He brings over twenty years financial services experience from his roles in custody, investment management and asset serving. He has held senior roles BNP Paribas Securities Services, One Investment Group and, most recently, as COO at Link Fund Solutions in Australia and New Zealand.

    Dominic joined Calastone in 2015. Dominic has worked in marketing for eight years, and leads Calastone’s research, thought leadership and digital programmes.
    Before joining Calastone, Dominic worked at private bank Kleinwort Benson.

    Micaela Forelli

    Managing Director, Europe, M&G International Investments

    Micaela Forelli joined M&G in 2001 and was appointed Distribution Director of M&G International Investments in 2018 and Managing Director, Europe in 2020. In her role, she is CSSF Authorised Manager for M&G’s International Distribution Company and Senior Executive Director of the Luxembourg Boards. She oversees a team of over 100 colleagues operating in the European distribution business. Before moving to Luxembourg, she was Director of Global Banks relationship management from 2010 where she worked with Global Financial Institutions clients in Europe, Asia and the Americas.

    Managing Director, Head of Australia and New Zealand, Calastone

    Ross is responsible for Calastone’s Australian and New Zealand business. He originally joined Calastone in 2012, where he managed the Calastone Operations team. Ross then established the Client Services functions helping clients across the UK and Europe, to realise the benefits of automation. Prior to joining Calastone, he spent 12 years with Man GLG and Societe Generale Asset Management working in a range of roles, including transfer agency, operations management and strategic client management.

    Managing Director, Head of Global Markets, Calastone

    Edward Glyn is responsible for managing and developing key client relationships across our global markets. Before joining Calastonein 2014, Edward spent nine years at SWIFT, most recently heading up the 100m transaction funds business across EMEA and leading the regional sales team managing SWIFT’s investment management, custody and asset servicing offerings. Previously, he held key commercial and strategic roles at Investia – former parent of JPMorgan FundsHub, ERI Bancaire, Thomson Financial and Tajan.

    Eleanor started writing about corporate treasury in the days before the iPhone was invented. Having since edited several financial publications, she took up the editorial reins at TMI in January 2018.

    Dave is the CTO for Novia Financial where he is a key member of the team leading Novia as it embarks on a significant period of growth and strategic change. A key area of focus is the enhancement of Novia’s current platform by adopting of microservices and embedding DevSecOps practices throughout the business and with our key technology partners. Dave first became involved in the platform industry in 2001 where he worked alongside side Brett Williams, John Tomlins and Bill Vasilieff to create and deliver the Selestia platform, which until 2019 powered Quilters wealth management business. He has subsequently worked with a number of firms, including Cofunds and Aegon.

    Justin joined the company in April 2018 and is responsible for the technology, business strategy, strategic projects, operations, product and outsourced relationships functions. Justin possesses over 18 years’ experience in the finance industry, including senior appointments across client service, product, business strategy, operations and project management. Before joining the company, Justin was a Director at LeapFrog Investments and prior to that, held leadership positions within strategy, operations and strategic projects between 2013 and 2017 at First State Super, one of Australia’s largest pension funds. Justin’s industry experience also incorporates a variety of general management-level roles at Perpetual Investments during his 10- year tenure at the firm.

    Ed joined Calastone as Chief Revenue Officer in 2019 and is responsible for growing Calastone’s global business. In particular, he focuses on further developing Calastone’s growth of the DMI and is looking to strategically expand on Calastone’s institutional money market offering. He has over 25 years’ experience in the asset management, wealth management and private banking industry with leading global fintech firms; JHC (now FNZ) OpenLink (now Ion Trading) and SunGard (now FIS) where he held sales and revenue leadership positions in New York, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong.

Previously, he has held senior marketing roles across the securities and funds industry with Euroclear, Citi and Amlin Insurance – the largest Lloyd’s syndicate.

    Martin is the Head of Investment Risk at GrabInvest which is working on giving everyone in Southeast Asia access to simple, transparent and affordable investment solutions. He has more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry. Previously, a Director at Deutsche Bank, he spent 15 years on trading and structuring desks in the global markets department across Frankfurt, London, Singapore and South Korea. He left the bank to follow his passion for FinTech and the changing landscape for consumers by leading the product and operations divisions of notable start-ups in Singapore, including Canopy and Bento.

    After working for 10 years as a Private Wealth Adviser in New Zealand across a number of financial institutions, Rachel made the decision to leap head first into the world of FinTech startups, to help address some of the key problems and challenges she had encountered across the investment management industry. Shortly after leaving the corporate world she started Invsta, a B2B fintech company that provides a range of innovative digital solutions for the financial services sector, focused on improving digital client engagement and streamlining business processes and efficiencies. She is highly aligned with the challenges and evolving needs of the investment management sector and is passionate about ensuring that the financial services industry thrives in the face of digital disruption.

    Bhargavi heads Asset Servicing Technology in India and leads the engineering of Data and Analytics Solutions Vault globally. In her previous role at the bank, she led the Corporate Technology function for BNY Mellon globally. In addition to Corporate Technology, she led DevOps transformation for BNY Mellon technology globally. She has 26 years of experience championing the development and design of high-availability systems with key strengths that lie in emerging technologies. She is a strong voice and advocate in attracting, retaining, and developing women in technology roles.

    Len is an executive director and global transfer agency product lead at J.P. Morgan, based in Ireland. He has over 16 years’ experience in asset servicing focusing on EMEA domiciled funds and is Chairperson of the Irish Funds Distribution Steering Committee. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Len worked for 15 years in marketing management roles in the UK financial services industry.

    Henning joined Calastone in 2017, and is responsible for defining and implementing the business development strategy for continental Europe. Prior to joining Calastone, Henning held a number of senior roles with RBC where he developed their Investor & Treasury Services businesses in the European Union and Asia-Pacific. He began his career at Euroclear in Belgium, where he managed key clients across multiple geographies. He speaks six languages.

    Rakesh Vengayil is Deputy CEO Asia Pacific and Head of Business Strategy & Support for BNP Paribas Investment Partners. He joined the BNP Paribas group in 1998 in India and thereafter moved to Investment Partners in 2004 as Vice President and Head of Asset Management Operations in BNP Paribas Investment Partners India, and has assumed senior management roles in the India, Hong Kong and London offices.
    In his current role, he assists the APAC CEO in overseeing strategic projects and the day-to-day business operations activities.

    Kit joined Lu International in 2017 with over 20-years’ experience in tech and financial services. Upon joining Lu International he was tasked to oversee the company’s global expansion and set up and operate Lu International in Singapore. Prior to joining Lu International, Kit was the Chief Product Officer of OVO, an Indonesian mobile platform for banking, payments, and asset management. He also served in Google’s APAC Sales Strategy and Operations team, was the Head of Corporate Strategy and M&A for ANZ Asia Pacific and worked as a financial services consultant at McKinsey. Kit holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Master of Business Administration from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.

    Louis is the Sales & Relationship Manager for Calastone covering France, Benelux and the Nordics. He has over 30 years of experience in the Financial and Sales sector. He started his career as a bond trader at Kredietbank after which he opened his own business then became business development manager for the start-up online trading platform Internaxx. He also spent 11 years in sales in the financial data and regulatory space at KNEIP.
